RETURNING AND SHIPMENTS
Exchange Only Policy
At this time, we only offer exchanges on our goods.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require the original order receipt from Shopify and the original proof of purchase from Chasepaymenttech both via email.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Our policy allows 14 days from shipment of your order to shipment back to C/FAN in order for an exchange to be valid.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned good(s) based on quality of the item(s) and timeliness of your return, in compliance with our policy.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the store credit amount will be emailed to you for later use.
If you would like to exchange it for the same item, or use your store credit upon the exchange of goods, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line CFAN SHOPIFY CREDIT.
Sale items (if applicable)
All sale items are final and are not valid for exchanges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any additional shipping costs upon exchange are also the responsibility of the consumer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary, please be cognizant.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
